Job Title: Housekeeper/Interna

Job Summary:

Grace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper/Interna to join our team. As a key member of our household staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our private residence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the property is maintained and run like a 5-star hotel, with a focus on cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the property, including laundry, ironing, and folding.
  • Manage household consumables, including stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Liaise with contractors, pool maintenance, gardeners, and other external service providers.
  • Monitor equipment and household items, reporting any damages or issues to the principal.
  • Deal with reasonable complaints and requests from the family with professionalism and patience.
  • Work collaboratively with other household staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Must drive and have a car.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when the family has guests.
  • Proven experience working long-term for VIP private families as a housekeeper.
  • Excellent checkable references.
  • Ability to work with little supervision while maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Customer-oriented, friendly, but professional.
  • Quick and efficient without compromising quality.

Benefits:

  • Up to €2000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • 1 and 1/2 days off per week, including a full day off on Mondays and half a day off on Sundays.
