Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our Booking Experience team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our software solutions to enhance the user experience and improve the efficiency of our pet care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop software solutions to enhance the user experience and improve the efficiency of our pet care services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
  • Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and supportable software solutions
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Contribute to the development of automated testing frameworks and ensure thorough testing of software solutions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a professional software developer
  • Extensive experience with Django and other Python-based frameworks
  • Strong and proven knowledge with Django and Python
  • Familiarity with ReactJS or another frontend framework
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of relational databases and schema design
  • Passionate about automated testing, code quality, and general software engineering best practices
  • Experience with different agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/XP)
Preferred Skills:
  • Professional experience with ReactJS, React Native, or another frontend framework
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (like Playwright or Cypress)
  • Familiarity with TDD and BDD
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog and Splunk
  • Experience with continuous integration/deployment tools
