Job Title: Outbound and Inbound Sales Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound and Inbound Sales Professional to join our team. As an Outbound and Inbound Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling targeted products and services to existing and potential customers via inbound and outbound calls, while also working closely with customer service representatives to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nominal inbound customer service, including logging requests, activating accounts, setting up service appointment times, and transferring issues for resolution to customer service reps
  • Selling targeted products and services as part of the customer-initiated interaction
  • Inbound work includes responding to customer-initiated calls to activate a service, request a product/service change, schedule an installation or repair, or resolve a product/service or billing issue
  • Outbound work includes initiating calls to potential customers from a list of provided leads, targeting existing customers for cross/up sell, prior customers, and potential new customers

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Familiarity with telecommunications services and products
