Our mission is to unlock human potential through learning, and we're looking for a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to develop and maintain our Universal Checkout and Ordering systems, ensuring seamless payment experiences for our users. As a key member of our PayOps team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver frictionless and secure payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable and robust payment systems using Python/Django and React/Typescript.
  • Organize and integrate with 3rd party payment, payout, and fraud providers.
  • Improve observability and quality of payment services.
  • Collaborate with Security to ensure the safety of critical payments infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain best practices for test culture, code reviews, monitoring, and scalability of our tools.
  • Work closely with Product Manager, Finance, and Data leaders to ensure disciplined and consistent reconciliation processes.
Requirements
  • Senior-level experience building modern frontend applications in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with at least 3 years of experience using React.
  • Python or other backend-focused language experience to occasionally contribute to our backend systems.
  • Strong data-oriented skills, with experience working with production data and collaborating with Data Analysts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum B2 English level.
  • Ability to balance short-term speed of development with long-term technical quality of our systems.
  • Leadership skills, with experience solving complex problems and developing innovative solutions.
