As a leading currency exchange services provider, Global Exchange Group seeks an experienced accounting professional to join our Shared Service Centre (SSC) team. This role offers the opportunity to work on various accounting tasks, including:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices from suppliers and customers.
- Effective management of collections and payments.
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and bank accounts.
- Preparation of monthly operating accounts.
- Analysis of deviations with Budget/Forecast.
- Elaboration of treasury reports (weekly).
- Elaboration of budget follow-ups (monthly).
- Support to the country manager with budgets/forecast and internal audits.
- Other accounting tasks (Provisions, prepaid expenses, operations with related companies, expense reports, payroll, etc.).
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role (technical tests will be part of the recruitment process).
- 2 years of experience in the Spanish accounting system.
- Education: ADE, Economics or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Business English (C1).
- SAP-FI knowledge.
- A team player, highly reliable, and highly accountable.
- Can-do attitude and ability to make decisions.
- Analytical skills.
