What You'll Be Doing
We're seeking a Mid-Weight Digital Product Designer with over 2+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you'll assist in quantitative and qualitative research activities, helping shape product strategies based on valuable insights.
You'll create, test, and refine UX prototypes to deliver design solutions that adapt to the evolving needs of our clients and their customers. Additionally, you'll infuse our clients' brands into innovative UI designs, setting them apart from competitors.
You'll contribute to engaging workshops that educate and inspire our clients about the importance of future-ready design. Furthermore, you'll maintain design systems, ensuring consistent application of grids, vertical spacing, type rules, and more.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
- Design Proficiency: Strong design skills and proficiency in design tools.
- Effective Communication: Clear communication with clients and team members.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Salary Range
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
