Key Responsibilities- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to measurement and ongoing development.
- Create and maintain detailed product specs to guide development teams.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and financial reporting to accurately measure product performance.
- Identify areas for user experience enhancement by analyzing user feedback and data.
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences and implement strategies to increase user engagement on the platform.
- Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to drive improvements.
- Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Own product backlog and collaborate closely with the development team to manage and prioritize the backlog.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading a remote team.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user research techniques.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, including sprint and scrum.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Work anywhere in the world (we are a 100% remote team).
