Axiom Software Solutions seeks an experienced Digital Search Strategist to join our team in Barcelona Sant Cugat, Spain. This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days of work on-site per week.
About the Job
We are looking for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in onsite search optimization. As a Digital Search Strategist, you will be responsible for creating and executing a robust on-site search strategy that drives business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a comprehensive on-site search strategy that aligns with business objectives
- Develop and implement optimization activities to improve search relevancy and click-through rates
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address pain points
- Collaborate with the e-commerce merchandising team to plan and execute upsell and cross-sell campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in on-site search optimization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in onsite search optimization
- Strong understanding of SQL and web analytics (HTML)
- Certifications in SQL, HTML, or email campaigning tools are a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
