About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Partner to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our Operations Quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to patients, while also driving business results and customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Business Results and Customer Value: Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and mitigate significant compliance issues within your area of influence.
  • Perform Activities to Meet Q&R Goals and Objectives: Independently identify improvements and implement them with collaboration from your manager.
  • Act as a Coach and Mentor: Recognized internally as an expert in your own job discipline, you will be responsible for developing and mentoring colleagues with less experience.
  • Document Authoring and Review: Prepare and review documentation to support changes, including technical reviews and audits.
  • Communicate Quality or Regulatory Issues: Timely communicate significant quality or regulatory issues and risks that may impact product quality or regulatory compliance to Executive Management.
Requirements
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: In a quality management role, with experience working in more than one function within quality management.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Life Science, Data Science, or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
  • Completed Training: As a technician or laboratory technician, or equivalent qualification for the tasks.
