Key Responsibilities for Customer Success Manager Role

  • Owning ongoing customer relationships, driving adoption, value, and promoting upsell opportunities.
  • Facilitating security and resilience audits to ensure seamless operations.
  • Delivering data-driven business reviews to demonstrate customer investment value in Zscaler solutions.
  • Mitigating deployment challenges using internal resources, holding customers and internal teams accountable.
  • Visiting customers on-site or remotely through web sessions to provide exceptional support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles within networking or security technical environments.
  • Strong networking, IT infrastructure, or security skills to drive customer success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical background in Internet and Security technologies such as SWG, Sandboxing, Firewall, DLP, VPNs, MPLS, SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization.
  • Field-based CSM or TAM experience with enterprise accounts, driving customer satisfaction and growth.
