**Job Summary**

We are seeking a Digital Pre-Sales and Brand Engagement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in engaging with our community, enhancing our brand presence, and organizing impactful events with a clear focus on pre-sales generation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our online customer and potential customer community across various professional digital platforms.
  • Coordinate, create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to ensure it aligns with our brand voice and objectives.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a timely and authentic manner.
  • Foster a positive community environment and address any issues or concerns raised by community members.
  • Analyse community engagement metrics and provide regular reports to management.

**Events Coordination**

  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, including trade shows, webinars, and workshops.
  • Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including logistics, vendor management, scheduling, and on-site execution.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to promote events and ensure strong attendance and participation.
  • Evaluate the success of events and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
