Norwegian Customer Support Expert for Samsung and Digital Experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Norwegian speaker to join our team as a Customer Support Consultant for Samsung. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest multinational companies, providing top-notch support to subscribers in Norway.
**What You Will Do:**
- Communicate with subscribers through chat and phone, ensuring their queries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Answer how-to questions and troubleshoot customers' issues, providing solutions that meet their needs.
**Requirements:**
- Native fluency in Norwegian is essential for success in this role.
- You should have great communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving abilities.
- A good understanding of computer technology is also necessary.
