About the RoleIn this key position, you will be responsible for leading our QA efforts and driving quality across our projects. You will develop and execute comprehensive test plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze and report on test results.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute thorough test plans to ensure high-quality delivery of our products.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and address testing requirements.
- Analyze and report on test results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on testing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain expertise in testing methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on leadership and strategy.
- Proven track record of driving quality improvements and implementing effective testing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks, such as JIRA and XRAY.
- Competitive salary: £85,000 - £110,000 per annum.
