Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in Salesforce to join our team at Amaris Group Sa. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze requirements and user stories to develop and execute test cases
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain test strategies and test plans
  • Document testing activities and assemble documentation for reporting purposes
  • Utilize API testing tools such as Postman and Workbench to create filters, dashboards, and reports in JIRA

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance testing or development, testing through full system development life cycles
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Salesforce ecosystem and Sales Cloud
  • Experience/working knowledge of JIRA, API Testing, Postman, and Workbench
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent proficiency in both Spanish and English
