Are you looking for a career that combines your passion for sports with excellent customer service skills? ASICS, a multinational sports brand, is seeking a Customer Service Representative with a sporty and positive attitude to join their team in Barcelona.
The ideal candidate will have a native or fluent level of German and full professional level of English. They will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class consumer experience by attending to customers' questions or issues related to their orders, services, and more through various channels.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for data entry and maintenance of consumer data at a local market level into the CRM platform, managing cases and E-commerce questions using software tools provided, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals.
Key qualifications for this role include being able to work from Barcelona, enjoying helping people, having knowledge of social networks, being a team player who can work independently, being attentive, empathetic, flexible, and proactive, and having good communication skills.

Estimated Salary: €30,000 - €40,000 per annum
