About You
We are seeking an IT professional with a strong interest in Identity Security to join our global cross-functional team. As an Identity Security Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify security identity requirements and develop roadmap plans.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the implementation and management of identity and access management solutions.
- Perform security assessments and identify potential improvements.
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting efforts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security identity requirements and develop roadmap plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security tools and techniques and make recommendations for improvements.
- Be aware of operational challenges and opportunities; work with support teams to provide internal escalation support as needed.
- Ensure solutions and components implemented comply with Quality/Regulatory standards, as applicable.
- Help design, build, test, and implement integrated, resilient, and reliable solutions.
- Evaluate new promising Identity solutions and their feasibility in meeting Roche's business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices is valued.
- Knowledge in Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
