Job Summary

Mar Recruitment & Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Rigger to join our team for various international projects. As an Offshore Rigger, you will be responsible for carrying out rigging activities in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform rigging works in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
  • Carry out the construction of scaffolding structures in accordance with instructions given by the supervisor, if certified to do so.
  • Drive the fork-lift, if certified to do so.
  • Follow daily instructions given by the Deck Foreman or Rigging Foreman.
  • Ensure rigging works are carried out according to the applicable rigging standards and best practices.
  • Verify that the equipment and materials are in good and safe operating conditions and report any anomalies to the Deck/Rigging Foreman.
  • Ensure coordination with the adjacent works to minimize coactivity and avoid unsafe conditions.
  • Follow the Permit-to-Work procedure.
  • Ensure the housekeeping of the work location.
  • Assist the marine department during mooring operations as required during offshore or marine-related activities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as Offshore Rigger.
  • Holding valid BOSIET and Rigger Certification.
  • English B1.
