We're seeking an experienced People Systems Analyst to join our HRIS & People Analytics team. This role will be based in Spain and involve working with biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies.

As a People Systems Analyst, you'll play a crucial part in helping these organizations transform life-changing ideas and breakthrough science into new medicines, devices, and diagnostics. Your focus will be on implementing and maintaining HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing support for global HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and experience working with HRIS systems. They'll also have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing and Maintaining HR Systems: Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HCMS systems, upgrades or configuration changes. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HCMS tables, document process and results.
  • Providing Support for Global HR Operations: Provide support for HCMS, including researching and resolving HCMS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements, ensure integrity of interfaces with other systems and vendors.
  • Developing Reports and Queries: Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in the development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Maintaining Awareness of Current Trends: Maintain awareness of current trends in HCMS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
