Job Title: Game Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Game Project Manager to oversee the production of one or multiple project missions in alignment with the vision. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Producer on AAA game projects and a comprehensive understanding of the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and oversee the production of one or multiple project missions in alignment with the vision.
  • Coordinate the production of one or multiple missions across the involved departments.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-dependencies with all departments.
  • Manage the best balance between gameplay, narrative, and visual excellence as well as scope and time.
  • Identify, monitor, and resolve issues and risks relating to your areas of ownership.
  • Define, plan, and execute mission milestones in alignment with the overall project timeline and release schedule.
  • Partner with the game management team to secure approvals during studio and publisher green-light meetings.
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback to both managers and peers to help nurture the best possible collaboration across the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Producer on AAA game projects.
  • A passionate leader with a high level of diligence and the ability to stay close to the team's challenges and requirements.
  • A person with an opinion about fun and rich game experiences.
  • A person with a strong desire and drive to analyze, adapt, and optimize on an ongoing basis.
  • A person with empathy and a strong sense of the 'pulse' of the team.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the production process and adeptness at collaborating with diverse teams, ranging from technical to creative.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape cohesive in-game experiences rather than just individual assets, maintaining AAA standards throughout.
  • Proficiency in workflow development, facilitating seamless collaboration across teams.
