We are seeking a skilled Field Technical Support professional to join our team at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. As a key member of our Customer Care function, you will be responsible for providing frontline support to our customers, resolving technical issues through expert troubleshooting and technical knowledge.

This role is part of our Field Service team located in Galicia and will involve remote work. You will report to the Service Supervisor responsible for Field Service and will be a key contributor to driving customer satisfaction and retention.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop and expand your knowledge of the industry, company, products, tools, and team, supported by a clear development pathway program.
  • Be part of a strong leadership team involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for our customers, meeting their requirements and ours.
  • Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A technical or university degree in biomedical, instrumentation, electrical engineering.
  • A driving license and willingness to travel.
  • Fluency in Spanish and advanced English language skills.

Previous experience in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, and/or electronic medical equipment, or IT repair experience in a laboratory setting, as a Field Service Engineer or Biomedical Engineer, would be a plus.
