Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team in Catalonia. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing assigned accounts in the Food, Drug, and Mass-Merchandise (FDM) market sector, driving sales revenue for brands such as Spontex, NUK, Oster, Sharpie, and PaperMate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned accounts directly.
- Occasional visits to supermarkets/hypermarkets in the area.
- Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts.
- Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar: evaluation and course correction, leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the management of the promotional calendar.
- Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.
- Build customer relationships at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level and facilitate connectivity in other functional areas, including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance, doing the same across internal Newell functions to enhance information sharing and decision-making.
- Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
- Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
- Fluent Spanish and communicative English (written and spoken).
