**The Role**
This commercially focused role is perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and are obsessed with delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Strategic Portfolio Manager, you'll work closely with key homeowners to maximize their commercial and strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strong relationships with homeowners to address dissatisfaction and improve business retention
- Engage in complex conversations to negotiate new commercial terms or identify revenue maximization opportunities
- Analyze commercial data to understand property performance and identify areas for improvement
- Proactively address owner concerns and develop targeted solutions
- Contribute to exciting projects, such as efficiency improvements and onboarding new owners
**What You'll Need**
