Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Skin/Massage Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our Studio, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering loyalty, and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include performing Face and Body treatments, supporting day-to-day operations, and embodying the values of HEAT throughout all interactions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform branded Face and Body treatments, including LPG, massages, and facial workouts.
  • Conduct impactful consultation sessions to introduce clients to HEAT's services.
  • Cultivate a client-centric culture, focusing on satisfying client experiences.
  • Build client loyalty and satisfaction through engaging experiences.
  • Adhere to HEAT brand standards and reinforce selling behaviors.
  • Drive top-line sales results for treatments, add-on services, and products.
  • Maintain expert knowledge in treatments and products, taking initiatives to elevate skills.
  • Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure a clean and representable Studio, replenishing merchandise to brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Skin or Massage therapist (preferable).
  • In-depth knowledge, passion, and experience within the beauty, spa, or wellness industry.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities.
  • Innovative and creative approach to learning new treatments.
