About the Role

This strategic role will play a pivotal part within our SaaS Product team, focusing on our B2B2C Virtual Sales tool called Nivoda Showroom. This innovative solution enables brick & mortar retailers to adopt the virtual inventory sales model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Research and Interaction (10%): Identify the best way to enable customers to move to a virtual inventory sales model, gathering feedback to improve existing Showroom capabilities.
  • Data Analysis (10%): Track customer usage of Showroom, setting up events to track user journeys and product performance post-launch, leveraging data to drive future iterations and improvements.
  • Product Development (30%): Utilize research and data to identify pain points and improvement areas for Showroom, working cross-functionally with business, design, marketing, research, engineering, and data to build solutions.
  • Growth and Adoption (20%): Collaborate with data, marketing, technical account managers, and sales to increase adoption and usage of Showroom, overseeing rapid development of product iterations while balancing speed and quality.
  • Product Strategy (20%): Define the overall long-term vision and strategy for Showroom, aligning with company goals, managing timelines, resources, and priorities to effectively meet project goals.
Requirements

We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven background in developing and monetizing SaaS tools and features, particularly in B2B and sales workflow management. A structured problem solver with strong technical guidance and ability to provide detailed product specifications and technical documentation.

The salary for this position is estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
