Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our Export & License team. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning process for Export & License, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts for production locations across EMEA & APAC.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and supply chain plans for the region.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy of forecasting processes.
- Lead the Sales and Operations Planning process for the region, ensuring timely and accurate submission of forecasts to production locations.
- Manage and report on associated KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement of supply chain performance.
- Plan, control, and report on CAPEX spend related to MCE E&L, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
- Optimize network sourcing and supply chain planning to ensure flexible and responsive supply chain operations.
- Implement contractual rules within sourcing site planning processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels for third-party suppliers, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Contribute to Supply Chain optimization initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes.
- Support innovation and project initiatives from a planning perspective, working closely with Project & Process managers.
- Manage the cost base of the department, ensuring robust budget execution and visibility of costs influenced in production locations.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the MCBC EMEA & APAC and North America footprint, influencing successful business plans.
- Supply Chain planning experience is an advantage, with any planning or supply chain experience welcomed.
- Collaboration, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with excellent communication skills, including presentation style.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and professional proficiency in English, with writing and speaking skills.
