Senior Digital Strategy Executive

About the Role
The ideal candidate will lead the development and execution of the company's global strategy, ensuring alignment with business unit and regional plans. This includes partnering with regional presidents (CEOs) and strategy leads to define and execute their strategies, identifying global areas of opportunity, and executing through regional and functional business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual strategy planning process, including bringing together key discussions for the board in semi-annual review sessions.
- Ensure individual business unit and regional plans are consistent with the overall corporate strategy.
- Partner with Investor Relations to ensure the company's strategies and plans are well-articulated and appreciated by the external market.
- Oversee the Group-wide portfolio of investment to maximize performance and deploy capital to the most important priorities.
- Lead the Digital Strategy team to define and deliver the digital strategy for the company.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial streak and commercial orientation, with a proven track record of advising on driving growth and increasing profitability/return on investment in highly competitive markets.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
