About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Knowledge Analyst to join our Payments and FinTech Practice at Boston Consulting Group. As a Senior Knowledge Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing industry and functional expertise to our clients, working closely with case teams and topic/sector leaders to develop knowledge assets and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the payments and fintech industry, including trends, innovations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with case teams and topic/sector leaders to develop knowledge assets, analysis, and expert advisory services.
  • Provide thought leadership and content expertise to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping to structure and solve complex issues.
  • Support the development of new intellectual property and knowledge assets for the Payments and FinTech Practice.
  • Assist with commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, including marketing, conferences, and publications.
  • Onboard, train, and guide junior colleagues, sharing best practices within the team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of consulting experience in payments and/or fintech required; candidates with consulting experience preferred.
  • In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred in payments.
  • Strong understanding of payments and broader financial services industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders while working in a global collaborative team environment.
