About the Role


We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Deel Inc. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our global talent platform.


Your Responsibilities



  • Analyse customers and business problems to identify pain points
  • Create impactful and elegant solutions to problems
  • Think strategically about the product from a high level to connect the missing dots
  • Present your design work and articulate your design decisions
  • Update the acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work
  • Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release
  • Work closely with highly talented Product Managers, Product Designers and Developers
  • Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems - The employee portal, the employer portal, and the admin dashboard for customer support
  • Build and update components in the Design system

Your Requirements


We are looking for someone who is passionate about design, able to learn fast, and experienced working in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end product design for web and app, strong B2B experience, and knowledge and practice in both UX and UI. Experience in design systems is also essential.
