About the Role
As a Paid Media Manager at Soundtrack Your Brand, you will be responsible for managing the planning, execution, and measurement of our media budget. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that we are cost-efficiently growing our customer base by reaching our target audience throughout their decision journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, oversee, and collaborate with our media agency to place our media investment in various channels.
- Analyze campaign performance against historical and forecasted goals, providing actionable optimizations and testing proposals.
- Collaborate with internal team members to build and improve campaign assets like ad creative, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Contribute to the team's vision, strategy, and agenda.
- Help the team grow as a whole by sharing knowledge and lifting each other up.
About You
We're looking for someone who is self-sustaining, can work independently, and take initiatives. You should be curious, enjoy learning new things, and have a passion for details. Good communication skills, agility, humility, and a willingness to build solutions with limited resources are also essential. In addition, you should be comfortable forecasting and allocating media budget with estimated performance expectations using proper data inputs.
