Project Material Manager Role Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Project Material Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for industrializing projects by ensuring all materials are delivered in an optimized industrial manner to the customer.
">You will work closely with teams across the business (engineering, industrial) to ensure the proper setup of the Project Industrialization process and manage the corresponding deliverables in QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery), among other responsibilities.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Review all direct purchase requirements and ensure product data is accurately entered onto SAP.
- Enter project material requirements in SAP (Project Builder), arrange for timely release of requisitions, obtain quotes as necessary, and expedite deliveries to meet QCD commitments and project requirements.
- Manage shipments of materials to installation sites.
- Manage all Supply Chain Work Package activities in line with QCD commitments.
- Minimize CONQ (Cost of Non-Quality) within the Work Package domain.
- Establish, track, and report on QCD of work within the Work Package domain.
About You
">We value passion and attitude over experience. We don't expect you to have every skill listed, but the following will help you succeed and grow in this role:
">- University Degree in Engineering.
- At least 3 years of experience in Project Sourcing, Engineering, or Quality.
- Interest in technical fields.
- Previous managerial experience is appreciated.
- Knowledge of costing, scheduling, and supplier management.
- High proficiency in English is required.
- French language skills are recommended but not mandatory.
