Job Title: In-House Counsel

We are looking for a highly skilled In-House Counsel to support our business operations. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of commercial law and be able to provide strategic legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies to support business growth
  • Lead negotiations and drafting of legal agreements, including labour contracts and commercial contracts
  • Provide expert legal advice on complex issues and represent the company in litigation
  • Maintain relationships with external legal advisors and manage the Compliance programme

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commercial Law or equivalent experience
  • More than 5 years of experience in a commercial law firm or company legal department
  • High level English proficiency
  • Master's degree in Corporate Law or Business Law
  • Experience working with startups, preferably in deep-tech sectors
