About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lead Fullstack Developer to join our team in Gran Canaria. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in crafting innovative solutions and driving excellence in our projects.

Your Profile
You have 4-6 years of full-stack development experience in MVC frameworks for web development, following coding best practices like SOLID and KISS and documentation best practices. Your frontend experience preferably includes React, and additionally, experience with React Native is a plus. For backend development, you should have experience with Laravel (Alternative: Ruby on Rails, Django or Spring). Project experience with agile development processes like Scrum is essential, as well as general experience with code repositories like Git, documentation tools like Confluence or Notion, and ticket systems like Jira or Gitlabs issue tracking.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is approximately €60,000 per annum, taking into account the location and industry standards. In addition to your base salary, you can expect benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and paid time off.
