We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team within Scientific Innovation Office (SIO).
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of various development projects. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent organizational skills, and leadership capabilities to drive projects to successful completion within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams through the business case evaluations for project investment decisions, following the stage-gated process.
- Ensure clear recommendations for top management decision-making and efficient processes.
- Partner with all functions, particularly with technical leads, global marketing, and controlling teams.
- Develop and maintain project scope, development plans, and target product profiles with input from key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration).
- Requires 3 to 5 years of R&D Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Strong understanding of Pharmaceutical R&D processes, product development cycles, and innovation management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with exposure to senior executive leadership.
