Job Description:

As a Test Manager at Thales Alenia Space, you will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the validation strategy for space applications. This involves creating and following up on test plans, test means, and test procedures to ensure the system meets the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads the Integration, Verification, Validation, and Qualification (IVVQ) activities of the system, supervising lower-level elements in accordance with the Project Design Authority and the development team.
  • Works in a highly innovative environment, participating in challenging projects at an international level with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Develops and maintains test plans, test cases, and test procedures to ensure the system meets the required specifications.
  • Coordinates with the development team to ensure that the system meets the required standards and specifications.
Requirements:
  • Masters of Engineering, preferably in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Aeronautical.
  • At least 3 years of experience in testing activities for radiofrequency or electronic systems, including component testing, integration, and verification, test automation, test equipment, test management, validation, and acceptance.
  • Knowledge in active RF and firmware integration and validation.
  • Proven capacity to ensure success by meeting deadlines and achieving a balanced budget.
