Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large-scale projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

  • Responsibilities:
  • - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans
  • - Lead cross-functional teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project delivery
  • - Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • - Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed
  • - Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Requirements:
  • - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • - Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Healthcare Digital industry
  • - EMR/HIS experience
  • - Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • - PMI Certification is a plus
  • Desired Characteristics:
  • - Proactive problem-solving skills, ability to think critically and outside the box
  • - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • - Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and inspire team members
