Responsibilities
The Senior Quality Assurance Manager will ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Site Quality Management System, provide comprehensive QA/QC services, and manage laboratory activities. Additionally, this role will lead quality-related training programs and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Veterinary Sciences and at least 10 years of experience in food manufacturing, specializing in Fresh Poultry. You should also hold certifications as a Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/14001/22000/AIBI/FSSC 22000 and proficiency with HACCP systems. Laboratory management experience is preferred.
