This dynamic and proactive role delivers robust analytics, actionable insights, and recommendations to inform critical business decisions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for key areas of sales force effectiveness (SFE), business insights (BI), forecasting, CRM Veeva, primary market research, multichannel marketing (MCM) analytics, performance reporting, and KPI tracking. Collaboration with management and cross-functional business teams is essential.
Main Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans for the evolution of BI/Market Research areas, aligning with business objectives.
- Work closely with Marketing to establish clear KPIs for measuring and monitoring MCM activities, driving informed decision-making.
- Drive market research in Spain and collaborate with the global business intelligence team to review and implement global market research projects, leveraging local expertise.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of a BI solution to deliver reporting and data monitoring for promoted and non-promoted products, as well as acquisition products.
- Manage key projects globally and in Spain that require testing or input, including epidemiology forecasting tools, analysis models, and insights tools.
- Demonstrate an understanding of factors influencing the business, including external environmental factors, competitor initiatives, industry trends, and operating environment knowledge.
- Lead the forecasting process from a BI perspective, working closely with finance and line-of-business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or science, demonstrating strong academic credentials.
- High business acumen and operational leadership skills to drive a team and support leadership and cross-functional teams.
- A clear and confident communicator, able to influence colleagues and senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven with proven project management skills to execute multiple projects with precision and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional-level English language skills, both written and oral.
- In-depth knowledge and efficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, BI solutions, Power BI, warehousing databases, and CRM systems, such as Veeva.
- Experience in working with Sales Force Effectiveness, Business Insights, Primary Market Research, CRMs (e.g., Veeva), data analytics, MCM analytics, and BI reporting systems/solutions to support business needs.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Desirable experience in the dermatology market.
- Desirable experience in the hospital market.
