About Us

TUI Musement is a leading Tours & Activities business that combines scalable digital platforms with local service delivery, offering excursions, activities, tickets, and transfers in over 50 countries worldwide. Our portfolio includes over 130,000 'things to do' across major holiday and city destinations, distributed through B2B partners, our websites, and direct to customers. We also provide services to cruise lines through Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services in ports globally.

We sold around 10 million excursions, tours, and activities delivered by international colleagues worldwide, making us one of the major growth areas of TUI Group.

Our journey began in 2018 when TUI's Tours & Activities division acquired Musement, a leading traveltech start-up. Following a two-year integration period, both entities became a fully integrated business – known as TUI Musement – combining TUI's global reach, resources, and high-quality in-destination service delivery with Musement's digital capabilities, agile methodology, and start-up mindset.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Compensation & Organization Manager to contribute to building a robust, fair, competitive, and transparent reward landscape. This will involve:

  • Understanding the business job landscape and developing a solid position framework
  • Assessing the effectiveness of current reward programs and processes in relation to company objectives and suggesting new solutions where necessary
  • Partnering with HR leaders to monitor and redesign local reward packages for a consistent, competitive, and fair reward landscape across TUI Musement
  • Analyzing reward-related data and performing scenario modeling
  • Contributing to shaping and implementing the global pay review and variable pay process, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the reward governance framework

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience with various analytical approaches and tools, including Excel (advanced user mandatory)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and opportunities
  • Experience with local implementation of global/corporate compensation standards
  • Good understanding of TUI Musement's position landscape (desirable)
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies
  • Desirable HR Systems knowledge (SAP)
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of global stakeholders, both technical and business users
