About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Contract Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Contract Management Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of contracts in the Iberia and LATAM region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategic initiatives and promote their successful completion.
• Ensure the proper use of corporate contract management tools within the organization.
• Monitor the progress of claims and prepare necessary reports.
• Supervise the correct management of contracts in projects from the bidding phase through delivery.
• Oversee compliance with operational procedures in each project.
Requirements:
• 10 years of experience as a contract manager or in relevant commercial positions in complex infrastructure projects.
• Civil Engineer or related degree with training modules in contract management, construction law, claims management, cost analysis, and delay analysis.
• Knowledge of delay analysis methods, protocols, and recommendations of the SCL and the AACE.
• Ability to establish, lead, and motivate functional report teams.
