Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Clinical Nutrition Team: Oversee and manage a team of dietitians and nutritionists, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client care.
  2. Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external companies to develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships, driving innovation and growth for Nutricionista Virtual.
  3. Nutrition Program Development: Work closely with the co-founding team to design, implement, and evaluate innovative nutrition programs and services, aligning with the company's mission and values.
  4. Community Engagement: Engage with the community through workshops, webinars, and online platforms to promote healthy eating habits, educate clients, and foster a supportive environment.
  5. Culture and Team Dynamics: Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture, encouraging open communication, collaboration, and client success.

Requirements

  1. Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist: Possess a strong background in nutrition and dietetics, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in a leadership or clinical role.
  2. Innovation and Creativity: Demonstrate a passion for innovation and creativity in developing unique, client-focused nutrition plans, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Collaboration and Teamwork: Exhibit excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, working effectively within a small, tight-knit team while taking ownership of individual projects and responsibilities.
