* Engage with customers to understand their use case demand plans and develop strategic technical account plans
* Lead the post-technical win technical account strategy and execution plan for Databricks use cases within strategic accounts
* Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases and customers, creating certainty from uncertainty and driving onboarding, enablement, success, go-live, and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver complex programs and projects
* Develop and execute a point-of-view on how key use cases can be accelerated into production, coordinating with Professional Services resources on the delivery of PS Engagement proposals
Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in technical project/program delivery within the domain of Data and AI
* Programming experience in a core language (e.g., Python, SQL, Scala, Spark)
* Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role
* Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems
* Technical program or project management, including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability
* Business proficiency in Spanish is required as a minimum
