Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing control, readout, and data acquisition electronics, as well as integrating them into hardware platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the design of control, readout, and data acquisition electronics and their integration in a HW platform.
  • Transform input requirements into schematics and layouts for custom PCBs.
  • Carry out laboratory tests and verifications.
  • Define and implement self-test protocols for custom electronics.
  • Participate in the selection of off-the-shelf elements and components.
  • Coordinate with the engineering department for transfer to manufacturing.
  • Generate appropriate documentation according to the company quality procedures.

Requirements:

  • Electrical Engineer or equivalent (Master Degree).
  • English, ALTE-4 level candidate must be able to read technical documents and write notes and measurement reports in English.
  • 5+ year experience in electronic design.

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Experience with standard EDA tools (Cadence/Altium).
  • Experience with Programmable Electronics (FPGAs, MicroControllers).
  • Experience on High-Density devices (BGA,QFN,etc).
  • Experience with design for High-Speed, signal integrity & power integrity (Step-Ups, Step-Downs,etc).
  • Knowledge of Peripheral Serial Interfaces (I2C, SPI, PCIe, USB).
  • Knowledge of EMC and Electrical Safety regulation for electronic systems.
