LiveOps Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled LiveOps Specialist to join our team at Scopely. As a LiveOps Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering a top-class user experience through targeted campaigns.

• Execute LiveOps campaigns using bespoke in-house tools, ensuring seamless execution and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, QA, Art, and Economy, to test functionality pre-release and ensure error-free execution.
• Monitor live events and investigate any issues that may arise, taking prompt action to resolve them.
• Manage customer communication channels, including in-app messages and push notifications, using relevant segmentation to maximize impact.
• Manage AB testing setups, analyzing results to inform future campaign decisions.
• Improve processes and raise tool or feature improvement requests to enhance the overall LiveOps experience.

• Ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from QA to analytics to art to product.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
• Ability to own, build, and iterate functions and processes, driving continuous improvement.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply logical thinking to encountered issues.
• Customer-centric approach, with a passion for improving the player experience.

• Interest in games, particularly mobile games, is a plus.
