About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our EMEA Finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing bank administration, relationship management, and cash positioning activities to ensure efficient treasury operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Bank Account Setup and Maintenance: Ensure accurate and timely setup of new bank accounts, including user access control and maintenance.
- Bank Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to optimize cash management and transaction processing.
- Cash Forecasting and Positioning: Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to prepare weekly cash positioning reports and forecasts.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancements and propose recommendations to improve treasury operations.
- Cost Savings: Analyze current processes to identify cost-saving opportunities related to treasury functions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a multinational environment with expertise in treasury management, cash handling, and payment processing.
- Skillset: Proficient in SAP Treasury, Microsoft Office Suite, and Banking portals. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.
