About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Game Designer to join our team at Alexander Fine Design Construction, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive game experiences for our players.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Game Features: Create high-quality game features that meet the player's needs, the franchise strategy, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with art, product, and UX designers to establish a consistent visual identity and language.
  • Conduct User-Centric Design: Apply user-centered design principles to create solutions that lead to visible, accessible, user-friendly, and engaging features.
  • Iterate and Optimize: Continuously iterate using player and team feedback to optimize for simplicity, comprehension, and function.
Requirements
  • Experience in Mobile Gaming: Proven experience working as a Game Designer in mobile gaming.
  • Understanding of Mobile UX: Understand core challenges of mobile UX and ability to develop and communicate complex systems on Core, Meta, and Social layers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environment.
  • Design and Development Skills: Proficiency in designing and extracting learnings from A/B tests and ability to hold the vision for a feature from concept to release.
