Process Expert Surface Transportation EU ATS ACES

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Expert to join our Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) team in EU. As a key member of our ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence System) team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing world-class processes that drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement systems, metrics, and programs that maximize compliance, productivity, and continuous improvement across our EU transportation network.
- Build strong partnerships with operations field leaders to identify and integrate new business initiatives, ensuring seamless deployment and maximum impact.
- Engage with Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve end-to-end outcomes for our customers.
- Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools and systems that support business growth and efficiency.
- Support the development and delivery of standard work and ACES Training programs, ensuring consistency and excellence across our operations.
- Analyze and solve operational barriers, focusing on root cause identification and resolution.
Amazon's Transportation Service (ATS) team is a diverse and dynamic group that plays a critical role in our success. We use air, sea, and road transport, as well as sortation centers equipped with the latest technology, to ensure our transportation runs at maximum efficiency.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, transportation, economics, or a technical field.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Relevant experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management, or management consulting role.
- Relevant experience in project management or management consulting, including handling multiple ongoing projects.
- Relevant experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Relevant experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Approximately 30-40% travel required.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Experience in analytical tool building.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
