Laser Sales Strategy Planning Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Governance Management: Lead the governance structure for the LASER SSP & Enablement Team, organizing weekly meetings, regular sessions with managers LASER & Countries, monthly one-to-one meetings, goal alignment, and team efficiency.
  • Cross SSP/Enablement Program Coordination: Act as the central point of coordination for strategic programs and initiatives across SSP/Enablement team members, supporting SSP Leader to identify key stakeholders, track progress, and drive impactful outcomes.
  • Hygiene Metrics Analysis and Reporting: Manage the extraction, analysis, and reporting of hygiene metrics for each LASER country, generating actionable insights and identifying trends to drive improvements.
