Convenience Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced manager to lead our convenience store team. As a senior-level sales professional, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage all in-store functions, including merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Recruit, interview, and train new hires to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store culture.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of building sales, increasing profits, and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
