As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will focus on supporting administrative tasks related to client operational processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

Verify and process trucker payables using internal systemsGenerate delivery orders for internal and external trucking moves (FCL & LTL) for bookings and equipment requirementsDispatch trucks to ensure timely and efficient movesRespond promptly to booking requests from Documentation Coordinators and customersProvide excellent customer service for internal and external clientsOffer timely and accurate quotes to customers (internal and external)Be able to provide customers with options as requiredTroubleshoot internal systems to ensure timely information is provided to customers
