About the Role

Your application for a position at Alight Inc is currently under review. As part of the company's divestiture process, this role will be aligned with the new Payroll & Professional Services business owned by HIG Capital. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Managers: Ensure accurate and timely information for client engagement.
  • Implementation and Go-Live Support: Provide guidance and support for all implementations and go-lives.
  • Functional Support: Offer daily support to teams to ensure successful delivery of payrolls and own the end-to-end payroll process with necessary sign-offs.
  • Client Solution Workbook: Maintain the Client Solution workbook.
  • Defined Work Instructions: Update, maintain, and enforce Defined Work Instructions (DWIs) and other process documentation.
  • System Maintenance Testing: Ensure and sign off system maintenance testing.
  • Statement of Works: Review the Statement of Works before sharing with the Client to ensure its fit for purpose.
  • HR Administrative Processes: Optimize HR administrative processes to drive efficiency and automation.
  • Customer Process Leads: Liaise with customer process leads regarding process gaps, client issues, and escalation handling to maximize client satisfaction.
  • Technical and Functional Issues: Resolve technical and functional issues escalated from the team and ensure all system issues/defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with necessary details and evidence.
  • Automation and Innovation: Work with Operational Management, Transformation, and Products to implement automation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Legislation Roadmap: Manage the legislation roadmap and ensure the team is upskilled in upcoming changes and processes are updated where needed.
  • Year-End Support: Provide support during Year-End.
  • Confidential Information: Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Upsell Opportunities: Proactively identify upsell opportunities.
  • Client Escalations: Support Management with the resolution of client escalations and lessons learned.
  • Team Development: Upskill and develop team members through training delivery and coaching to enable them to fulfill their role.
  • Security Standards: Ensure Alight Security Standards are adhered to and followed.
  • Time Recording: Complete time recording on time and accurately.
